experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property into its next chapter.
This role calls for a hands-on leader who thrives in a highly visible position, actively engaged
with guests and team members while guiding daily operations with clarity and purpose. The
ideal candidate is a strong culture builder, capable of fostering an environment where service
excellence, teamwork, and pride in the guest experience are at the forefront.
The General Manager will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of
the resort, from service delivery to the physical environment, reflects the highest standards of
hospitality. This individual will serve as the steward of the property's identity, driving
operational excellence while cultivating a workplace culture that inspires both performance and
genuine care for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of resort operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage,
Spa, Admin & General and guest programming.
- Build and sustain a strong, values driven service culture.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, engaging with guests and team
members.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and consistency across all guest touchpoints.
- Drive financial performance while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort
environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong teams and a positive service culture.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
