The Zahn Group is looking for a newly licensed Real Estate Advisor to build a full-time career in residential real estate across the Charlotte area, including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Belmont, and more.

This role suits motivated, coachable professionals seeking structure,mentorship, and accountability while growing their own client base. We provide daily prospecting guidance, CRM support, training, and team meetings to help you deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training and apply team systems for lead generation and client follow-up
• Prospect daily to maintain a database of 200+ contacts and convert leads into appointments
• Respond promptly to inbound leads, adhering to team communication standards
• Accurately track contacts, tasks, and transactions in the team CRM
• Host at least two open houses monthly to generate leads and boost market presence
• Guide buyers and sellers through agreements, pricing, marketing, and negotiations
• Demonstrate strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism
• Attend weekly meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Maintain team standards and support collaborative success
