Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and integrate Operations and Client Success into a unified, scalable function
• Build repeatable systems, workflows, and performance dashboards to support rapid growth
• Drive client retention, renewals, and measurable revenue recovery outcomes
• Optimize operational efficiency to reduce long-term headcount dependency
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CRO, and executive leadership

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare claim dispute workflows.
• 10+ years' Experience in healthcare services or healthcare technology environments.
• Exposure to health systems and large physician group client engagement.
• Working Knowledge of process optimization and data-driven operational management.
• BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.

Compensation $240k-$240k
