UNIT DETAILS Looking for a candidate who has worked in microbiology exclusively and microbiology bacteriology including: culture reading, susceptibility set up, minimal molecular testing, antigen testing and Gram stain/KOH reading. REQUIRED experience with MALDI-TOF and Vitek II. This is a high volume setting. • Patient Population: Neonates-Geriatrics • Hospital: Cottage Health • Unit: Lab • Shift: 0600-1430, 8 or 10 hour shifts available CERTIFICATIONS Required: CA CLS License EXPERIENCE Microbiology Experience (required): Culture Plating, Cytospin, Gram Statin, Organism Identification; Aerobic Anaerobic, Quick Identification Test, Sensitives Microbiology Experience (preferred): Anaerobic Culture, Fungal Culture, Geographical Considerations, Virus Identification/Isolation Work Setting Experience (preferred): Outpatient Lab, Inpatient Lab General Skills (preferred): Specimen processing, Plate Set Up (Micro) Charting Experience: EPIC COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED ALL RTO MUST BE ON INITIAL SUBMITTAL- PLEASE LIMIT RTO TO NO MORE THAN 3-4 DAYS
