Executive Legal Assistant – Litigation Support (4+ Years Experience)

Our firm is looking for a skilled Executive Legal Assistant to support senior partners in a busy, high-level litigation practice. If you excel at managing complex calendars, organizing fast-moving cases, and supporting trial attorneys with confidence and professionalism, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Manage attorney calendars, hearings, deadlines, depositions, and trial schedules
  • Support trial prep by organizing exhibits, witness files, and court materials
  • Draft, edit, and proof legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Track billable time and assist with billing and expense management
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and outside counsel on behalf of attorneys
  • Maintain organized case files and manage document workflows in our case management system

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in a Legal Assistant, Executive Legal Assistant, or Paralegal role supporting litigation attorneys
  • Strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures and e-filing
  • Experience with case/document management systems (Clio preferred)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize
  • Professional judgment, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
