Spherion - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds; Perform minor repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry; Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents and staff; Maintain and repair common areas, such as clubhouses, walkways, and recreational facilities; Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary
