Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Provides visible 'command' presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior; Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives
