Kimpton Hotels - - Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas.; Prepare inspection reports with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift.; Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness, amenities, and proper working condition of room equipment.; Report substandard conditions or damage to the Housekeeping department and evaluate room cleaners' performance.; Notify Front Desk of vacant and clean rooms, completed guest requests, and room status discrepancies.
