PathPoint is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Santa Barbara, CA 93101. This role supports daily office operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment and providing front-desk assistance to staff, visitors, and occasional clients. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communication, performing data entry and e-filing, and coordinating mail distribution and deliveries. The position also oversees company vehicle needs. Additional duties include routine administrative tasks for the Behavioral Health Division and Corporate Office. We are looking for someone who is caring and kind, has good communication skills, and can navigate computer software well. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, with your choice of an 8-hour shift that falls between 8:30 and 6:00.

Compensation: Starting pay is $20.00 per hour and the position's pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
