Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, operational areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and exits per site policy.; Complete required reports and logs, communicate significant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site stakeholders, and support investigations by preserving facts and relevant details.
