Position Overview The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in upholding our brand standards. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, carefully packing orders, and preparing shipments with a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and organization. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick merchandise according to order specifications Carefully and thoughtfully package products to ensure safe and beautiful delivery Verify order accuracy before shipment Label and prepare packages for shipment in accordance with company standards Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and efficient workspace Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and quality checks Follow established procedures and uphold safety standards Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Basic math and reading skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required Retail experience is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems and prior experience with drop-shipping processes are highly valued, though not required.
