We are seeking an Advanced Line Cook to bring expertise and precision to our culinary brigade. This role is ideal for a seasoned cook ready to contribute at a high level in a fine dining kitchen, delivering exquisite dishes inspired by Big Sur's rich bounty.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex recipes and manage high-volume production stations
• Maintain impeccable food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Support team leadership and step in for supervision when needed
• Prep and cook proteins, sauces, and composed dishes with accuracy
• Note: All culinary team members may be assigned to support any of our resort's food & beverage outlets based on business needs, including the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner service), in-room dining, poolside service, and banquet events.

Schedule - The shift time is 2pm to 10pm am . We require schedule flexibility, including the willingness to work mornings and/or evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly pay for this position is $24-28/hour depending on experience. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay rates will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.
