About the job Remote Vacation Planning & Client Specialist

We are currently expanding and seeking a Remote Vacation Planning & Client Specialist to build and manage client relationships within the travel industry.

In this role, you will combine client service and digital marketing skills to attract travelers online and guide them through the vacation planning process from start to finish. This is not a traditional call-center role. You will develop your own client base using social media and online networking, then work directly with those clients to design and coordinate personalized travel experiences.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand preferences and budgets, researching vacation options such as cruises, theme park vacations, and resort stays, coordinating reservations, managing itinerary changes, and providing ongoing communication and support.

We provide structured onboarding, booking systems, mentorship, and professional development resources to help you grow. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, coachable, organized, and comfortable using digital platforms to build visibility and connect with potential clients.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required.
