We are a CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with 12 years of experience to support a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid bookkeeping foundation who is comfortable working with multiple clients and is interested in continuing to grow within public accounting

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12 years of bookkeeping experience; public accounting or client-service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online required or strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential client information
