Job Summary:

As a Security Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve access control for visitors, monitoring security-related CCTV and alarms, responding to incidents and coordinating with the Security Operations Center, and producing security-related reports. This role requires strong computer skills, flexibility, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain access control duties, including managing guest interactions and providing excellent customer service.
• Issue access badges, including temporary, vendor, and guest badges.
• Monitor activities in the Reception Area through CCTV and alarm systems.
• Assist facilities team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Commitment to the mission of the security and reception team.
• Experience working with high-level individuals in complex environments.
• Successful background check and drug screening required.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Able to foster trust and transparency in all professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
