Title: Service Desk Technician
Location: Remote (Must sit in California)
Pay Rate: $20/hr- $23/hr
Duration: 3-month contract (40 hours per week)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of Servicedesk experience, IT desktop support
- Customer Service Skills
- Highschool / GED Minimum
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Call center experience
- A+, any of those certs
- ServiceNow
- Active Directory Experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
A large healthcare client of Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE Service Desk technician to support with an on-site go live for 12 week.s The first two weeks will include training with half the day training and half supporting service desk requests. Candidates will need to provide their own computer and headset for this role's duration.
