Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back-end support for the Safety Incident Management System used by Austin Energy
  • Perform routine administrative functions for an enterprise technology system
  • Assist with user administration activities
  • Review and create system workflows
  • Perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions
Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Support ongoing operation of an enterprise level technology system
  • Execute administrative tasks related to system configuration and maintenance
  • Manage and support user access and permissions
  • Review existing workflows and create new workflows as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot system issues
  • Use report writing tools to engage with back end databases and deliver meaningful data to system users
  • Provide advanced and escalated technology service support when required
  • Create job aids and user or administrator documentation when needed
  • Provide professional technical customer service to users
Preferred Experience and Attributes
  • Experience providing back end support for enterprise technology systems
  • Experience with quality control, user administration, workflow review and workflow creation
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise technology systems
  • Experience using report writing tools with back end databases
  • Experience creating job aids and user or administrator documentation
  • Experience using the Cority GX2 platform
  • Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to provide professional technical customer service to users
