The Operations Assistant works under the direction and supervision of the Operations Manager. He/she provides support to program operations by covering shifts in the kitchen and at the front desk. Duties also include assisting supervisor with clerical duties, inspections, facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, janitorial, and disaster response.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25?lbs.
