We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced real estate broker to lead a small but growing brokerage in the Greater Burlington, Vermont. The company already has its infrastructure in place — including office, systems, administrative support, marketing, and branding.The current Principal Broker is transitioning to other projects, and we are seeking a high-caliber professional to step into a leadership role guiding the next phase of the company's growth.Serve as the supervising broker for the company* Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development to agents* Oversee transactions, compliance, and risk management* Collaborate with ownership on strategy, growth, and operationsThis is a leadership and stewardship role, not merely a sales position.*Must hold or be actively obtaining a Vermont Real Estate Broker License* Strong history of successful transactional experience (residential, commercial, or both)* Demonstrated experience mentoring, supervising, or training agents* Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and brokerage operations* Office and physical infrastructure* Administrative and transaction support systems* Established marketing and branding* Compensation structure will be competitive and commensurate with experience and role design.
