Title: Assembly Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform opto-mechanical assembly processes in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Solder electronic components and assemble mechanical parts for medical video products
• Complete manual assembly, rework, and inspection of electronic and optical assemblies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
• Follow all ESD, environmental, and safety requirements

Requirements

• 23 years of opto-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute for formal education)
• Knowledge of medical device quality system regulations and standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
• Basic soldering skills (certification preferred but not required)
• Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow instructions for optical adhesives and curing methods
