GENERAL PURPOSE: As a Retail Security Officer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the security of our store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a visible presence at store entrances and exits to effectively reduce theft and fraud, while ensuring a safe environment for both associates and customers. Greeting all customers with eye contact and a friendly smile is essential, as is upholding a courteous attitude that promotes a welcoming atmosphere while deterring theft.
