Dishwasher responsibilities include: cleaning and sanitizing all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guests. Cleaning and organizing all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed. Handling the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and assisting the cook on the serving line during meal periods. Washing and inspecting all dishware and glassware. Stored clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper places. Keeping the dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition. Sweeping and mopping the kitchen area and waitress stations, and cleaning filters over the stove area. Qualifications: ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds, unassisted). Enjoys working in an environment that caters exclusively to the elderly. Pay Range: $12-$14/hour
