We are hiring on-site at Phoenix (Scottsdale), AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico. Compensation is $100,000 per year ($50/hour) with weekly pay. Health benefits begin day one with HSA/FSA options and a 401(k) Roth. Relocation assistance provided.

Your role: create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in replicating that program at campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops that develop phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies.
• Create personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Review student performance data to improve instruction and generate actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Build scalable, AI?supported content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade?level reading proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton?Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• At least 2 years delivering small?group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre?built curricula.
• Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within these tools.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
• Prepared to work on?site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

Working with us

This is a full?time (40 hours per week), long?term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
