Job Summary:
Join our GenUX team to lead the development of high-scale, mission-critical web and mobile applications powered by new AI technologies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in company transformation into an AI-driven platform, driving large-scale projects from inception to production and shaping the future of AI experiences. This onsite position offers the chance to make a significant impact, leveraging your passion for technology and expertise in backend engineering to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the completion of large-scale projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring effective delivery in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor team members, promoting a growth-oriented culture within the team.
• Make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic environment to drive forward project outcomes.
• Dive deep into technical and procedural issues, enhancing both the product and team knowledge.
• Advocate fiercely for customer needs, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed in product development.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and developing large-scale, consumer-facing web applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies and server-side technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team within a DevOps model.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience building and operating high-traffic services and APIs is highly desirable.
