Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support banking initiatives with a strong emphasis on customer billing analysis, requirements documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with technology, product, operations, and finance teams to translate complex billing data and business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support enterprise systems and regulatory expectations.
The ideal candidate brings banking domain knowledge, strong analytical rigor, and excellent communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer billing and financial data to support business decisions and regulatory needs
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements based on data findings
• Partner with technology, operations, and product teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business needs
• Create artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and gap analyses
• Support initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and validation
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions to drive clarity and alignment
• Assist with testing activities by validating outputs against documented requirements
• Ensure solutions align with banking standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities related to billing, reporting, and data quality

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of billing systems, financial data, and downstream reporting
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
