A mission-driven, organization serving the higher education sector is seeking a hands-on Data Engineering Manager to lead a small team focused on building and maintaining ETL pipelines and managing data infrastructure in Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.

This is a 50% technical / 50% leadership role. You'll work on transactional systems that support claims, accounting, and actuarial/data science workflows.

What You'll Need:

• 8+ years in data engineering
• Strong Azure SQL & Data Factory experience
