Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities

• GIS application development and ongoing application maintenance and upgrades
• ArcGIS Server web application development and maintenance
• Support configuration efforts in CityWorks and the GIS web services usedby CityWorks
• Repair and upgrade existing Facilities and Utility toolsets written in Visual C# using Visual Studio 2010 (IDE) with ArcObjects Software Development Kit (SDK) 10.1

Minimum Qualifications / Skill Sets

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and modifying applications using:
  
  • J2EE
  • .NET
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • C#
  • Python
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies, including:
  
  • ArcGIS Server
  • ArcGIS APIs
  • ArcGIS JavaScript API
  • ArcGIS Web AppBuilder
  • Collector
  • ArcSDE
  • ArcGIS Mobile
• Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python
• Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), including triggers and stored procedures
• Experience analyzing program and production issues
• Experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and database concepts (Oracle and SQL Server preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skill Sets

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a closely related field
• Recent experience working with a government entity

Required Submissions (If Applicable)

• At least two (2) professional references, including phone numbers, where the candidate performed services similar to those described above

Security Requirements (If Applicable)

• Successful completion of a background check, as required by the Master Agreement
• Must display a County-issued security badge at all County locations

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
