Compensation
Pay Range:$87500-$125000/yrs

Description
Oversee and manage Business Analysis and Quality Assurance functions.
Ensure effective gathering, documentation, and translation of business requirements into functional solutions.
Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership for process improvements.
Optimize team performance and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Business Analysts for effective requirements gathering.
Establish and enforce business analysis best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Manage a team of QA professionals, including testers and automation engineers.
Define and implement QA strategies and frameworks.
Align BA and QA objectives with organizational goals.
Provide coaching and mentorship for team development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
10 years of experience in BA and/or QA, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Experience in defining and implementing BA & QA strategies.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and process modeling.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
