Remote Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative - Security Systems

Position Overview

As a Remote Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing home and business security solutions, and setting appointments or closing sales for professionally monitored security systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
• Educate customers on home and business security solutions
• Overcome objections and confidently present product benefits
• Schedule appointments and/or close sales over the phone
• Accurately document call outcomes and customer information
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Self-motivated with a competitive, commission-driven mindset
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
