Position Summary:

Join our exceptional team at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara as a Spa Reservations Agent. You will be at the forefront of our guest experience, scheduling spa services for individuals and groups using our reservation software. Your responsibilities will include confirming appointments, answering guests' inquiries regarding services, and managing our reservations and cancellations effectively.

Your role will also require you to:

• Check in guests for their appointments, provide a warm welcome, and give a general orientation of spa services.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle payments and maintain an accurate banking system to secure transactions.
• Report any maintenance needs and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and maintain confidentiality.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
