GENERAL PURPOSE: As a Retail Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing store security. Your responsibilities will involve providing a visible presence at store entrances and exits, effectively reducing theft and fraud, and ensuring a safe environment for both associates and customers. You will greet all customers with eye contact and a friendly smile, maintaining a courteous demeanor that encourages a welcoming space while deterring theft.
