JOB DESCRIPTION

Apex is seeking a very strong, highly experienced consulting professional to join the US & Canada practice within Apex' Solutions Delivery Organization. This individual must have demonstrated skills and ability to sell and deliver consulting services to enterprise level clients. This individual will build multi-channel journeys and the Tableau insights that prove impact. Employees who are not actively deployed on a client project and reside within a one-hour commute of an Apex branch office are expected to work onsite at least once per week

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop and implement Marketing Cloud assets using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Create and optimize Tableau dashboards to ensure high performance and effective data visualization.
• Parameterize Tableau dashboards for dynamic data representation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-driven marketing journeys.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Marketing Cloud and Tableau solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Develop strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Continually innovate, seek creative solutions, and find new ways of adding value.
• Listen and seek to understand the client and meet their needs, providing consultative guidance.
• Stay attuned to the future needs of the client and work with internal resources to identify opportunities.
• Proactively provide solutions and approach adversity with a solution-focused mindset.
• Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally. Build trust and respect among internal and external stakeholders and model collaborative teamwork.
• Build strong client, industry, and internal relationships and represent Apex Systems as a leader within Industry and Professional events and communities.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Collaborate internally with Apex Account Teams, Solution Leaders, Industry Leaders, Practice Leaders, and others to develop Apex Solutions Delivery Services business.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to acquire skills to meet business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years' experience working as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Marketing Cloud and Tableau.
• Proven experience in building Marketing Cloud assets and Tableau dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud features including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMP script, and SSJS.
• Experience in developing performant Tableau dashboards with parameterization.
• Proven experience in client facing communication scenarios (to run working sessions, explain trade-offs, and capture risks).
• Proven experience owning executive level, high value consulting services sales.
• Exceptional skills in consulting, written and verbal communication, negotiation, interpersonal communication, persuasion, problem solving, analysis, management, leadership, and engagement delivery.
• Positive relationship builder able to navigate through complex situations to ensure the most robust and pragmatic solution.
• Strong analytical skills and the aptitude to quickly identify gaps and risks.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to engineering and business partners.
• Excellent presentation skills and executive presence.
• Must be willing to be a team player and coach.
• Ability to quickly decipher current state and envisioning future state processes.
• Marketing Cloud Developer/Admin preferred.
• Tableau certifications preferred.
