About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Financial Reconciliation platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial systems, reconciliation workflows, and platform strategy. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving roadmap execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant reconciliation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and evolve the product strategy for financial reconciliation platforms aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product direction.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Platform Development
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and finance teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance reconciliation systems.
  • Ensure platform capabilities support complex financial workflows including multi-ledger reconciliation, exception handling, and audit trails.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are met with intuitive and effective solutions.
• Data & Compliance
  • Ensure reconciliation processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial systems or reconciliation platforms.
• Proven track record in developing and executing product/platform strategy.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade platforms, APIs, and data integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Experience with financial ERP systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS).
• Agile/Scrum product development experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reconciliation tools.
