We are growing quickly and looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to join our post-production team focused on optimization, support, and continuous improvement for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the post-production phase, helping them optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance their existing Workday HCM configuration.
• Provide day-to-day support across core HCM modules including Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, and others as applicable.
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and adoption of new Workday functionality.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within service levels, ensuring quality, accuracy, and strong communication throughout.
• Participate in ongoing Workday release reviews, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Collaborate with The Groove's functional and technical teams to deliver seamless client support and great outcomes.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (consulting or client-side) with configuration skills in one or more functional areas.
• Familiarity with Workday security, business process framework, and reporting concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions in clear, business-friendly language.
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to build trust and deliver on commitments.
• A proactive mindset focused on improvement and innovation.
• Workday certification in HCM or related areas preferred.
