Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the customer or business process owner to understand the business process and ensure alignment between processes, features, and requirements
- Work with Product Manager (PdM) to have Epics & Features defined
- Create userstories with acceptance criteria Collaborate with the tech lead, PdM, and solution designer to break down work into estimable pieces
- Work with customer to prioritize work and aligning to a clear product vision and strategy
- Organize / manage the backlog and user stories
- Create the release records with agreed dates; assigns to Tech Lead to populate technical details; alternately may delegate this task to the Tech Lead or Solution Designer
- Keep PdM/Solution Delivery Manager aware of all issues as they happen to avoid surprises
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure the solution is tested and validated against business requirements.
- Develop and execute a plan for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow HRSD, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center. Experience with Life Cycle Events preferred; experience on Xanadu version or higher required
- Deep understanding and practical experience in designing and implementing complex employee workflows
- Demonstrable experience in a ServiceNow replatforming project, moving from a customized instance to a "clean core" or out-of-the-box environment. Must understand the challenges and best practices associated with this type of migration
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and experience acting as a Product Owner in a Scrum or similar framework
- Possess strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD - highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
