We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to support families in need of childcare financial assistance and provide them with the tools to succeed.

- At least 1 year experience in: Health and Human Services or Call Center experience
- Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get to Framingham, MA for a hybrid work set-up
