Desire to learn and become proficient in a variety of subjects critical to successful outcomes in real estate development, including but not limited to:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university required. Completion of an entire project is desirable. Applicable degree fields include Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Business, Math, or Political Science.
7+ years' experience as a Project manager in architecture, engineering, construction or another related field. Experience in MEP and commissioning preferred.
This is an in-person role, working on site five days a week. A personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and auto insurance are required.
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000
