We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts targeting our Industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in devising and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing programs that align with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance to key stakeholders, defining a vision and strategy to enhance business performance and drive growth.
  • Establish and oversee corporate, project, and marketing design budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with digital, social, creative, events, and research partners to ensure alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Define and supervise the implementation of Industrial marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content activation, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Manage global product marketing material production and distribution to ensure consistent application across the company.
  • Align marketing strategies with Industrial sales goals, collaborating closely with the business to ensure effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Coordinate with premier industry events for effective client engagement, speakerships and sponsorships.
  • Oversee and manage high-profile Industrial client events and conferences with attendees that exceed 400+ people and include 3+ days of programming in primary and secondary markets.
  • Engage with leading Industrial producers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of resources for client-facing presentations, proposals, and sales narratives.
  • Coordinate, promote and manage a series of client webinars and digital touchpoints both for various sectors and market segments, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external resources such as designers, copywriters, web designers/writers, photographers, and printers for various projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing tactics and channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies.


Salary: $120000 - $130000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120000 to $130000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
