Department Overview
Position Summary
The Compliance Consultant is a vital member to the Children's Minnesota compliance program. This role will coordinate and execute the seven elements of an effective compliance program including: advising and drafting policies and procedures, supporting the Children's compliance officer and managers, developing training and education, monitoring and auditing compliance risks, and investigating and responding to reported compliance violations. This role will focus 50% of their time on compliance activities and 50% of their time on privacy program activities. This position will report to Compliance Management team.
The role will be approximately 80% remote and 20% on-site.
