Position Summary: The Corporate Counsel, Contracts is primarily responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts, including health plan, provider, and vendor contracts, while ensuring that contracts are in line with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives. This role will apply legal knowledge and business judgment to support internal stakeholders, evaluate contractual risk, interpret relevant laws, and provide guidance and practical solutions. The attorney will also partner closely with internal Legal, Compliance, and business teams on a variety of matters beyond contracting, providing general legal support as needed.
