Room Attendant Belmond El Encanto Housekeeping

Secure a housekeeping role where you support Guest Services and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room attendants and Supervisors in servicing/cleaning Rooms, Patios and Public Areas as assigned and coordinated by a Manager.
• Complete daily and general cleaning schedules to the standard established by El Encanto Housekeeping.
• Clean carpets, patios, walkways and windows as directed.
• Complete any guest request up to standard promptly upon receipt and verify completion to a Supervisor or Office coordinator.
• Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with all safety procedures as defined by El Encanto.
• Report and hand in all Lost and Found items according to the Lost and Found procedure established by El Encanto.
• Follow key handling procedure set by El Encanto.
• Assist Housemen and Supervisors in servicing/cleaning Public Areas, Restrooms and Offices as assigned and coordinated by a Manager.
• Use utilities and resources in a responsible manner to control wastage.
• Communicate relevant information to the department, your line manager and across departments, as appropriate.
• Comply with safe working practices, Health and Safety policy and ensure accidents/defects are reported immediately.
• Attend learning and development courses and complete eLearning modules, as required.
• Demonstrate and be a role model of Belmonds core values of Care, Confidence, Curiosity and Community.
