PGS Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Associate in Goleta, CA for a 6-month contract-to-hire role working a standard full-time schedule. This on-site position supports a major aerospace & defense company in a safety-driven logistics operation. You will execute core logistics processes-stocking, kitting, cycle counting, and packaging/shipping-while accurately transacting all activity in SAP. Success in this role is measured by meeting monthly stocking and shipping metrics with strong attention to quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Experience with a warehouse management system (SAP preferred)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Ability to follow safety standards, wear required PPE, and adhere to department procedures
• Experience performing material stocking, kitting, cycle counts, and shipping/packaging tasks
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and system transactions

What You'll Do

• Stock materials to designated locations and maintain accurate inventory control
• Kit materials for production and internal customers based on demand requirements
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Package and ship materials in accordance with handling, labeling, and shipping requirements
• Execute SAP transactions for all warehouse movements and logistics activities
• Maintain safety compliance at all times, including PPE use and adherence to site procedures
• Support team coordination and daily logistics priorities to meet monthly performance metrics
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow standard operating procedures
