BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is a leading provider of home care and medical staffing services, dedicated to offering a higher standard of care. We serve both the elderly and special needs populations, ensuring our clients receive compassionate and personalized support.

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable On-Call Caregivers to cover call-outs on NOC shifts between 7am & 7pm. This position offers guaranteed 2 hours of pay during on-call shifts.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Open to working on all types of cases presented for coverage
Reliable, insured transportation, with the ability to respond on short notice

Duties may vary based on each clients individual plan of care and can include:

Assisting clients with daily activities such as toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting any changes in client health status
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
As well as other duties outlined in the plan of care
