Job Title: Picker / Packer - Orchids

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available and encouraged (including early mornings, extended shifts, and weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Picker/Packer associates to join our orchid production team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orchids for shipment while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orchids accurately based on daily orders
• Inspect product for quality, damage, or defects
• Label, box, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Work overtime as needed to meet customer demand
