As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong visible presence. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and communication, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location, especially areas related to aerospace and defense operations.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as required during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and provide guidance to visitors and staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
