Manages a portfolio of middle-market client relationships with moderate complexities in financial analysis, underwriting, or structuring and/or representing an industry concentrations requiring industry expertise. Monitors the relationship to ensure ongoing credit quality and compliance with loan terms. Initiates and oversees fulfillment of the end-to-end processes for loan renewals and modifications. Initiates appropriate and timely actions for any defaults to loan covenants or conditions of approval. Calls on new and existing clients to create and maintain a robust pipeline of new business; initiates or strengthens assigned banking relationships and identifies and acts on opportunities to expand the relationships. Monitor for competitive information and take appropriate action if necessary to retain client relationships. Provides suitable advice and counsel to existing and potential customers.
