We are looking for an eager, well-rounded Human Resources Manager in Santa Barbara. This is not a remote position and is full time based in Santa Barbara, California. Candidates must be well versed in California-specific labor law.
This position requires a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with California labor law, and look to expand your career in the field, this is a great opportunity.
Your role as an HR Manager will be far from one-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as coordinating training, administering employee and client benefits and leaves, and crafting and implementing new HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You'll act as the main point of contact for employees' and client queries on all HR-related topics. Compensation is dependent on experience and certifications.
