Job Details

Under general supervision, perform traffic control and security functions at the Airport's airline terminal; tactfully explain parking rules and regulations to the public; issue parking citations; monitor the Commercial Ground Transportation Lane for compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; conduct security inspections of the terminal building and ramp; respond to public inquires; monitor the passenger exit lane; conduct random inspections of employees who seek to enter a restricted area of the airport; and perform other duties as required. EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS Knowledge of: Principles and procedures of record keeping; English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; basic mathematical principles; principles of airport emergency procedures; pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations; modern communications procedures, methods and equipment including computers.
