Overview

As a Client Growth Strategy Manager, you will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, providing expert advice, training, and consultation on affiliate marketing strategies. You will renew contracts, upsell relevant services, forecast revenue, and collaborate with other CJ functions to ensure client needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertiser objectives.
  • Lead a team of affiliate marketers to execute strategies while ensuring timely and effective deliverables.
  • Pitch CJ's products and solutions to meet client business goals.
  • Convey CJ's value proposition and act as an escalation partner for advertiser programs.
  • Collaborate on product enhancements on behalf of advertisers.
  • Grow CJ client revenue and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and share best practices and tools through CJ's Support Center, Blog, and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with cross‑departmental teams to troubleshoot complex program and technical challenges.
  • Mentor associates, coaching and providing guidance to build team success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital performance marketing role.
  • Ability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Analytics, Accounting, and Technology teams.
  • Deliver high‑quality service that meets CJ financial expectations.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver capable of negotiating account strategies.
  • Passion for innovation and technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite.

Compensation Range

$73,910.00 – $106,260.00 Annually. (Pay range may be modified.)
