Requirements

YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Leading the technical design aspects on a variety of projects.
  • Assisting Project Managers in developing contract/proposal tasks and budgets in coordination with the Marketing Group.
  • Mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the profession.
  • Overseeing production work throughout all project phases.
  • Providing constructability reviews of construction documentation.
  • Coordinating with consultants and assisting the Project Manager in client and agency coordination.
  • Enjoying working on a variety of project types.
  • Being an ambassador of RRM.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Seven (7) years of practical experience in project management and design.
  • Experience in REVIT.
  • Active California Architectural licensure.
  • Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
  • Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent architectural detailing skills.
